A total of 6 investors will be needed to secure this ocean view parcel and all necessary permits to build the tower. Approximately 60 units will be built. On average these condos will measuring 90-130 M2 each.
Each investor will contribute $150,000 to a controlled account to be used only for the land and permit acquisition. The investment of $150,000 will be used for a term of 2.5 years. At the end of this term each investor will receive a wire transfer of $100,000 and ownership of an oceanview unit. Safely we estimate that the unit will have an approximate value of $200-$240K.
If desired, Echo Investment Group can place the unit on the market and offer a discounted commission rate to the investor.

Each invidiudal investor will be named in the corporation that will be securing both the land and permits. Each investor is protected not only with the original value of the land, but the appreciation and all permits acquired to that point.
