1. Architectural design of project including
building placement, total units, amenities and floor plans.
2. Soil testing of property.
3. Upon review and final approval of designs Cad Files are acquired.
4. Cad files are used to create high-quality renders, 3D tours and marketing mateirals.
5. Project website will be designed and pre-sales begin.
6. Buildable plans are created utilizing structural engineers.
7. Submission is made to Setena and a Environmental Engineer is hired.
8. Water meters are reserved with AyA.
9. Designs are Submitted to Costa Rica College of Engineers.
10. Developer will hire Electrical and Plumbing Engineers.
11. Developer will design a water treatment
facility for approval with College of Engineers and the Municipality.
12. Project is submitted to Health Department for Approval.
13. A Gray/Rain Water Discharge System is designed.
14. Letters from a variety of departments will be secured including Garbage removal and Electrical availability.
15. Upon receipt of all permits, application will be made to the municipality and Insurance will be acquired to protect the workers.
