Water meters are reserved with AyA. |

Designs are Submitted to Costa Rica College of Engineers. |

Developer will hire Electrical and Plumbing Engineers. |

Developer will design a water treatment
facility for approval with College of Engineers and the Municipality. |

Project is submitted to Health Department for Approval. |

A Gray/Rain Water Discharge System is designed. |

Letters from a variety of departments will be secured including Garbage removal and Electrical availability. |

Upon receipt of all permits, application will be made to the municipality and Insurance will be acquired to protect the workers. |
