Resort Divers: Dives shop of Playas del Coco

Last but certainly no least is Resort Divers. Resort Diving has been serving sport fishermen in this area for 9 years and operates 5 boats: a sailboat plus 4 others. Two of the 4 boats are 30 ft with 375 HP turbo diesel motors and comfortably accommodate 4 angles and 2 others who are not fishing. The remaining two boats are 27 ft and have outboard Suzuki motors: one, a 200HP 4 strokes and other, a 4 stroke 140 HP. There are 3 mechanics on staff which affords a total overhaul of each boat every 6 month. In addition to full day and ½ day excursions, Resort Divers offers bottom fishing at $50 /person for 4 hours. Each of the operators will pick up clients at designated hotel and/or beaches. Every boat is fully equipped (bait, tackle, lures, radios, etc.) and captains and/or mates have had basic first aid training. Half day excursions include beverage (usually water, soft drinks and beer) and 1-2 fruits while full-day excursions also include lunch.
