What are the benefits of teamecho?
While traditional one-off surveys only provide a selective insight, teamecho guarantees a constantly up-to-date picture of the mood. This not only compensates for seasonal effects, but also gives your company the opportunity to track challenges and potential over time.
Before the first survey, you create your teams and users (e.g. via Excel upload) and select the time and interval for the survey. From then on, the first and all subsequent surveys run completely automatically.
Employees are automatically invited to the new survey by e-mail.
Of course! teamecho also allows access via user name and password as well as a direct link.
Quite the opposite! The time required to participate in teamecho surveys averages 2-3 minutes per survey. This possibility of regular participation results in significantly better participation rates than with one-off surveys.

Data protection and data security are deeply rooted in teamecho’s DNA. All system access points are secured according to the latest standards. teamecho also guarantees encrypted data transmission and storage of necessary data within the EU. teamecho is also certified with the Cyber Trust Austria label, the Austrian label for cyber security.
Of course teamecho is anonymous. Compared to similar solutions, we attach much more importance to ensuring the anonymity of users.
With most functions, anonymity is already ensured at database level and not just at display level. In concrete terms, this means that when you take part in a survey, teamecho only saves your answers and the fact that you have already voted. We do not store any data that allows an assignment between your user and your answers. Not even our developers can track how individual users have voted.
teamecho is fully GDPR-compliant and attaches great importance to data minimization. This is why you can no longer edit surveys that have already been answered: Once submitted, there is no traceable link between your user and your ratings.
teamecho is first and foremost an investment in a productive working environment. What effort do I have to make with teamecho?
teamecho is ready-to-use after registration. The creation and administration of users, teams and departments can be conveniently organized via API or Excel import. We recommend a lead time of 1 month to ensure that all target groups involved, from C-level, HR and managers to employees, are well covered. teamecho provides all the information material, tips and tricks for the various target groups.
On the contrary: While a classic employee survey often results in excessive demands, teamecho enables a gradual improvement of the organization. Our algorithm ensures that stable and therefore more difficult to change topics are queried less frequently (e.g. annually), while critical, volatile topics are queried more frequently (e.g. every 2 months).
teamecho is intended for permanent use in the company. Top management and HR can thus identify and solve challenges as they arise and develop the organization in a targeted manner.
