How does a survey with teamecho work?
Before the first survey, you create your teams and users (e.g. via Excel upload) and select the time and interval for the survey. From then on, the first and all subsequent surveys run completely automatically.

Some of my employees do not have a business e-mail address, can they also take part in the survey?
Of course! teamecho also allows access via user name and password as well as a direct link.
Doesn't asking so many questions have a negative effect on participation?
Quite the opposite! The time required to participate in teamecho surveys averages 2-3 minutes per survey. This possibility of regular participation results in significantly better participation rates than with one-off surveys.

Is teamecho really anonymous?
Of course teamecho is anonymous. Compared to similar solutions, we attach much more importance to ensuring the anonymity of users.
With most functions, anonymity is already ensured at database level and not just at display level. In concrete terms, this means that when you take part in a survey, teamecho only saves your answers and the fact that you have already voted. We do not store any data that allows an assignment between your user and your answers. Not even our developers can track how individual users have voted.
teamecho is fully GDPR-compliant and attaches great importance to data minimization. This is why you can no longer edit surveys that have already been answered: Once submitted, there is no traceable link between your user and your ratings.
