Increasing efficiency and at the same time ensuring that employees feel comfortable in their working environment: These are the central tasks that Wiesner-Hager solves for its customers with its creative office and furniture concepts. It is hardly surprising that employee satisfaction is also a key priority in the company’s own operations. “The biggest challenge in sales is certainly leading at a distance,” knows Ing. Karlheinz Preiml, Sales Manager of Wiesner-Hager Austria. “Wiesner-Hager has locations all over Austria, from Innsbruck to Vienna. I sometimes don’t see employees for months at a time.
