From the first job interview to the farewell: What you experience on the job determines whether you are passionate<\/strong> about what you do. Or just do things by the book. And it affects how connected you feel to your company and your team.<\/p>\n

The term “employee experience”<\/strong> helps talk about all of this.<\/p>\n

There are various<\/strong> scientific definitions of<\/strong> what exactly is meant by this. Some are broader and look at the issue from a holistic perspective. Others focus only on selected aspects.<\/p>\n

What about personnel development measures? With the leadership? Everything that is relevant to how I ultimately feel at work. Employees have a positive employee experience when they have a positive experience of<\/strong> their day-to-day work<\/strong>. If their own expectations for the job are even exceeded, the company has the greatest chance of a long and productive working relationship<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If the employee experience is right, employees are happy at work.<\/strong> And that’s a nice goal in itself, isn’t it?<\/p>\n

In fact, a good employee experience not only benefits individual employees, but also the company as a whole. <\/p>\n

After all, in times of war<\/strong> of talent and shortage of skilled workers<\/strong>, talent is hard to find anyway. And even harder to keep in the company.<\/p>\n

Good employee experience not only helps attract the best minds<\/strong>. It is also the prerequisite for employees to want to stay with the company in the long term and to remain motivated<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“Companies want to have good people, skilled workers, after all<\/strong>. And you’re increasingly noticing that people who are applying for jobs are doing a lot of looking – including on social media, for example. How do the employees in the company communicate about the company?<\/strong> How are they doing there? <\/strong>And that brings us back to the employee experience.”<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
