Originating from a small family business, CCE is now an international holding company with around 170 employees in the renewable energy market. The industry is growing rapidly and top talent is highly competitive. To meet these challenges proactively, CCE has been using regular, digital feedback with teamecho since November 2022. Once a month, employees receive an anonymous short survey with approx. 9 questions. Employees can also leave text feedback in the comments.
“A huge advantage of teamecho is the regularity. The fact that a trend emerges from it, that you can follow developments closely and not miss anything. Whenever a challenge arises, you can intervene immediately and take appropriate measures,” says HR Manager Katharina Zirknitzer.
